Flex Fuel Patch - Explanation?

I missed the thread(s) describing what exactly this patch does, can someone point me in the right direction? I assume this does nothing for GPEC2 (pre 2015) vehicles even though it is there.

I haven't seen much more than this. I've applied the patch to a 2016 Charger Scatpack cal and looked through the tables. It does appear to mostly add cells to certain tables to map out additional values based on % alcohol content. I don't know if there's more under the covers or not. From what I was told by support, the patch will only work for flex fuel on the Hellcats. I wasn't given any more information than that, so I can't say if that's because they're wideband equipped as some have suggested, or due to other reasons. I don't believe the other Dodge flex fuel vehicles are wideband equipped, so it makes me question if it's truly a wideband based system.
