    VCM Special function LTFT Relearn

I am learning how to work on my fuel trims. Currently I am looking at the LTFT special function in the VCM Scanner. My trims are in the 10's most of the time. However, when i turn on the LTFT relarn, the trims quickly get better. The more i drive with the relearn on, the better it gets. When i disable the relearn button, the trims immediately get worse. You would think that turning on relearn would change help the computer adjust the tables and save the changes. What am i missing?

Interesting post. I'm trying to dial in a chevy spark that I added a turbo to and put larger injectors and a walbro fuel pump in. Long story short, I'm on struggle street learning how to dial in the fueling. I'm interested in how the LTFT realern changes can be saved? Is this done with histograms and copying spacial paste to the VE table? Sorry, I'm very new. Thanks!
