Cluster Fuel Density - Not Working? Adjusting For E10

So has anyone messed with the cluster fuel density translation to adjust it for their fuel so the instrument cluster reads right for fuel consumption?

It was 730,000 for the base rate, I've now got it set to 850,000 across the board and it still doesn't read right. I wish we could adjust the axies but I cant do....... it atleast than would be accurate for 98 or E10/94.....

Last week cluster reads 14.1 liters per 100......... uses 15.9........

a lower number in table row increases usage shown, try 647,000 or im not sure on the exact scaling it works on so maby smaller changes till it is better

When I scaled for larger injectors on my 2006 GTO, it claimed I was getting 40 MPG. Since I cut the IFR in half, I halved the fuel density correction factor. It was still reading about 5% high, so I pulled 5% from the correction factor. It's extremely close to my hand calculated values from Miles and fill up volume.

So the wife and I put our heads together to figure out the math. If 25% represents 744,705.875 and 0% represents 730,000.000 then 10% alcohol at the pump should use a number around 735,882.350. This is the number I put in my 0 cell and it helped with the fuel economy numbers on the display.
