did i make a mistake buying ford racing 80lb injectors?

I picked up a set of 80lb ford racing injectors used for a good price. I'm hearing however that many tuners find them difficult to work with. Did I make a mistake?

Roush supercharged 75mm pulley, kooks long tube headers and full 3" dual exhaust

I'm planning on moving to a 72mm pulley, hence the purchase of the 80's. Also perhaps a fuel pump upgrade to a dw400.

I understand now the 80's can be very difficult to tune at low speeds

    comments are welcome, thanks

I have them in my TT build - no issues. They are single hole design so don't expect them to be ultra smooth at idle.

I ran them in my 13 gt. They were a little finicky at idle. I ended up lowering the Min pulsewidth a little and it helped a lot. Too low and it would act horribly lol. I forget what else I did but it ended up idling smooth. This was on e85 though, not sure 93 would be as nice.
