P0420 & P0430 codes

2014 ram 1500 with KOOKs long tube headers and
Y-pipe with a k&n intake. Check engine lights been on ever since install with the p0420/0430 codes banks 1&2. Even though it sounds great there still is some lag in throttle response. I?ve been told it needs to be tuned but came seem to get a straight an forward answer from someone on what type of tune. Not looking to get crazy with it, it?s just my daily grocery getter, I just need to get the codes to clear and stay clear with not check engine light.

Youll need to turn off those codes with the tuner and tune the airflow delay. Youll also need a wideband and adjust the air fuel mixture as well.

Sounds like you are running cat-less. If you live in an fairly emissions strict state you will not pass if you turn off the DTC in the tune as the O2 & Cat monitors won't complete. You can try installing these:
