Cobalt SS/SC 60lb/hr injectors

I want to tune to run siemens 60 lb/hr injectors in my 06 cobalt ss/sc. i want to know how to calculate the flow rate vs the manifold vacuum for these injectors

I just have the Stage 2 altered tune. But if u are looking for the 60lbers. You can eitther find someone who has the 60s or Intense racing has base HPT tunes for the 60's that you could use for 100 bucks is is a nice place to start tuning.

Unfortunatly you can't just change the injector flow rate to fit the 60lbs because our tables are maxed out befor eyou even get to use the full potential of the injectors. What you need to do I believe is change your Airflow table to compensate this, so basically tricking your pcm. I have a 42lb tune and a 60lb tune, the 60 came from intense but I don't see any real changes that would make up the difference in what the injectors can handle. If you look though there are 2 posts in here that give help to tune 60lbs

The settings for 60s are all over this forum and I even posted a tune in a thread here yesterday with them in it.

always check tune repository first youd be suprised what you find in there. and yes a 60# is in there lol

I'm pretty sure my spreadsheet is somewhere on this forum.
Either way... just search google for "Omega_5 injector spreadsheet". It has all the correct information for 60lb/hr injectors.
