E67, converted OS from GMPP WAY down on power????????

This was one of the Connect and Cruise packages that if anyone has been ambushed with, you can't even lower the idle speed for some unknown reason... Long story short, I converted the OS to an 2009 Trailblazer setup and most everything got better except the engine lost about 70 horsepower to the wheels..... I have made runs and logged data all day and haven't found anything.... Take a peak if time, I will gladly send anyone who solves this one $50 via PayPal or whatever... Thanks in advance
PS- This is a LS3 480 horse, nothing special

I can't open your file. Says unsupported or newer version detected.
I'm running the latest HPT version 4.2.12

Been through trying to tune the LS3 480/495 with the idle etc etc.
First thing the customer requested was to lower the idle speed so he could "hear" the cam.
He also expected this combo to get 20mpg in his 6000 lb 4x4...…
