I've a 2019 Challenger SRT with PCM unlocked by HPTuners service.
I need to swap it on the car I have and obsiouly the VIN does not match
how about changing the VIN?
I'm not sure on the procedure.
I've both Autoenginuity scan tool and OEM Mopar scan tool
any good tips_?

I'm not sure you can change the VIN once its in. Even when I worked at the Dodge dealer we got one shot program in the VIN when doing a PCM replacement. I could be wrong, I often am
Gotta send PCM in, it has to be opened and programmed that way once one is in there. As Shizzbee has seen, the VIN can't be changed even on the dealer level.
I can help you out if needed. I can re-VIN and/or load the appropriate calibration for the associated VIN. The PCM must be unlocked by HPtuners - which you have already stated that it is.
