    Removing TCM tune

    I'm about to install a TH350 in my 05 GTO. What will I need to do to the PCM so it won't try communicating with the TCM.
    I know in the F-bodies you could just flash the PCM with a M6 bin. But they didn't have a seperate TCM.
    Is it a matter of just turning off the codes or do you think the car will go into "safe mode"?

    very old thread but I was wondering about this...

    What site? Who is Horist? Needing to flash a manual tranny config on a 2001 Trans am. Thanks
