I have done the crank trigger relearn a few times now. It says successful on relearn but check engine never goes away.

Going to try returning to stock and run relearn and then load adjusted tune and try and reset.

same issue here; usually goes away after a few weeks

if the re-learn continues to post check engine light check these Possible causes, Faulty Crankshaft Position (CKP) Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor harness is open or shorted Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor circuit poor electrical connection Damaged crankshaft pulse wheel teeth. you could also try using an SCT device if you know someone that has one..

Okay guys I put stock tune back in car and did a crank relearn and was able to clear the check engine light. So I don't know why it worked but it did.
