What do I do with an AEM WB that does not log properly. When the gauge displays 14.5 to 14.9 at idle HPT logs 15.7 to 16.1. It is consistantly off by about 1 point through entire A/F range. I have searched for an answer but come up dry.

Looks like an offset issue. Are you using the AEM wideband PID?

yes, EIO port 1, Wide Band O2 - AEM
Log raw voltage on that channel and see if it matches what the AEM is putting out vs AFR. Then disconnect the AEM and hang a AA battery across it. Should read the exact voltage.
