Calculated engine TQ tables, what are they?

HP tq quest.jpg I attached a file of the calculated engine tq, my question is what exactly is this? Is this how much tq the engine produces per that fuel mass? What would changing this do or affect? I have an issue while rolling into the throttle, when it starts to make power the truck throws a too much EGR flow code but the EGR is turned off and unplugged. I'm deleting it shortly so ill know for sure, but I think it's a tq table issue. Any advice would be nice thanks! 2018 f250 6.7

This is your virtual dyno - I dynod the stock car with stock everything and I must say it was within 2% so it works.

Is there a reason to change anything in the tables? What would making changes to them do? Are there any calculations based off these
