2019 Jeep JK ProCharger HELP NEEDED PLEASE!

I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL with a P1 ProCharger on it. The dealership dropped it off with little to no information and said tune it. I finally found out that it has a SRT4 Map sensor in it and Fast 60 Fuel Injectors. I have NO idea how to scale this for the SRT4 Map as there isn't any data out there that I can find. HELP PLEASE! The Jeep starts and runs but it starts in limp mode and I can't figure out how to get it to communicate with the trans. It kicks a TCM communication error and Low Barometer codes.

Did procharger provide any sort of base tune?

ProCharger doesn't have any base tune for it except for through DiabloSport and it is for only a BASE kit without any modifications. There aren't any parameters available for the SRT4 Map sensor they say they're using. I can get it to idle fine but there is zero throttle and the only CEL is a Low Barometer now.

Yeah I saw this thread and it is for the 2014's. They changed quite a bit between the two and it seems there really isn't any support out there for them.

For the 2 bar SRT4 Map sensor try the following:

Under Engine -> Airflow -> General

MAP Sensor Linear - 46.38 kPa
MAP Sensor Offset - 4.80 kPa

    PRatio Max - 2.000
    PRatio Max Turbo - 2.000

Disable Baro Fine Tune and Learning
    Enable Sensed MAP

    Under Engine Diagnostics -> Airflow

Max Tip Baro - 20.0 kPa
Max Tip MAP - 20.0 kPa
    Baro Voltage Min 0.12 V

    This worked! Thank you!

I am having the same problem finding data. Do you have the part number for that two bar sensor so I can try that sensor and data as well? I have a srt4 2.5 bar sensor according to sprintex superchargers. Only running 10lbs boost so i believe that should be fine. I think lol. newby here.

i believe there's only a 2.25 bar sensor. so when sprintex says 2.5, they aren't exactly right and original poster saying 2, same thing. settings for 2.25 you'll find in a stock 2003 srt4 file from the repository. there's also an srt4 3 bar map sensor and this is often used too. you'll find the settings for that from a 2005 srt4 file. you can find the part numbers for both with google.

Just a minor correction here, but important nonetheless. 2003 through 2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4 all came stock with 2.25 bar map sensors. The Neon had a Mopar S2 or S3 kit that would add a 3 bar map sensor, which was available for all 3 years (2003-2005).

In 2008, the Caliber received an SRT-4 trim level package which came stock with a 3 bar map sensor, but was not the same sensor as what was supplied with the Neon Mopar S2/S3 kits. The map offset kpa value of the Neon SRT-4 Mopar S2/S3 kit is 6.8 kpa, while the map offset kpa value of the caliber SRT-4 is 7.0 kpa.

Here are the visual differences between the 2 map sensors:

The sensor I have looks like the bottom sensor with one bolt hole. I have a Bosch 0 261 230 283.

The prodigy turbo kit uses the 3bar from a caliber and this is what I mainly see people using on modded Jeeps - 61.85kpa 7.0kpa 0.10v

Is the MAP Sensor Linear 54.65 kpa, MAP Sensor offset 20.00 kpa, MAP Sensor offset .041v by any chance on the bosch 0261230283?

Not to be a pain, by any chance are the parameters available for the Caliber 3bar map, as many boosted Hemi applications use this map as well. Additionally is there a thread here where I can learn how to paste the scale for said 3 bar map into the tables of a standard NA Hemi car? I've been searching for this sort of information to no avail. I will admit, that I may be using an incorrect search criteria.

Try searching your map sensor part number in the dodge forum. There was a really good thread where BOOSTJUNKY described SRT4 map sensor scaling and how it works.
If in doubt, multiply everything by 1.1.
