New Build 6R80 shifts 1-2 like a hammer cant identify why

Hi, we had 2 6R80 tranys at a Transmission builder.
    Hardware as to my knowlege:
Higher friction clutchpacks (non Exedy stage2)
    Billet intermidate shaft.
Plus he did some, with his words "secret job" to the valve body and maybe different valves.

Logged the car with a stock 2017 Mustang Auto calibration.
trying to level up and down the shift pressure for 1-2nd did not help.
Increasing the clutch Filltimes seems to help a bit, but still way from satisfying.

I see a spike to 39psi when Sol. C kicks in before it then goes to the 79psi.
I assume this is the harshness in the shift, but dont know how to remedy this.

Attached are two logs with shiftpressure up and down testing on the oncoming (ECM41110),
but seems to make no difference.

    Layout I am using: 6R80TrannyBuildLayout.Layout.xml
    1st2nd_1A2M_pressX1,5.hpl
    1st2nd_1A2M_pressX0,75.hpl

Known issue with aftermarket clutches like Exedy - it's mechanical, was not assembled correctly.

There's nothing you can do in tune to solve this problem.

Hi, thanks for the reply, can you specify the issue more in detail?

I assume you are talking about the clutch clearance being out of spec. My tuner told me that new clutches grab hard for a short while after install.

    1st, is the clearance issue.
2nd, you must make sure u had fills up sufficient transmission fluid. After certain bare-in time, You need to check the fluid.

    4- circular D 10 1/2 stall 2000
5- Excedy clutches with intermediate shaft
    6- ballet forward planetary

Harsh shifting first and second gear. The truck located with Motec Middle East, Dubai and mr Mario” Hp tuner”, they did the tuning, Am wondering if there Is a way to tune or soften the first 2 gears or anyone can tune the TCM “ original TCM file can be sent”.

    You can't tune mechanical issues.

had same issue on a customer car that just had trans built, ended up being the clutches were stacked causing no clearance found it out after a couple hundred miles when it fried itself
