    Injector Voltage Offset Assistance request

Hello all. Newb here working with a SD tune from a 2002 Corvette A4 DBW 411 pcm in a 91 Camaro with a gen 1 sbc with a Holley stealth ram. I have some injector Info that I need assistance loading Into my tune. Would anyone be willing to allow me to email this information to them to help me get my injector offsets dialed? I'd post the info here, but I cant get the whole chart on one page. Thanks in advance

A lot of us guys on this forum make a living by tuning vehicles. I'll bet several people would be more than willing to update your tune if you offer to pay for their time.

you would get more help posting all the current injector information you have already. some of the users here have databases for injectors and can get you close so that minor change is only required.

    answer these questions:
    1) what is your fuel pressure at the rail?
    2) is your fuel pressure adjustable?
2b) if yes, is it setup for boost reference?

Thank you for the replies. I will post the info I ha e when I get home. To answer your questions:
    Yes afpr
Rail pressure with vaccum disconnected is 45
Not sure if I'm set up for boost reference

To give you a head start on the data, the injectors I'm working with are Bosch 0280155831

    Thx

Here is a picture of the offset chart that I came across. I apologize for it being so small. I cant seem to enlarge it enough to make it easier on the eyes.

    give these a shot....they are from a 30# ev6 injector

since you are vacuum referenced you need to set all of the injector flow rate cells to 32 lb/hr if you haven't done so yet.

I actually had them at 31 already, but I will go ahead and bump it up one. Thank you for the advice. Anything else I should be paying attention to? Just so I am understanding, since my afpr is vacuum related, do I not need to worry about voltage offsetting?

thats why the ifr table is the same left to right. the afpr mechanically corrects for manifold variances to hold the delta between manifold and rail constant.
