2006 TBSS 4l80e swap converter not unlocking

2006 Trailblazer SS BTR Stage 4 cam, 3500 stall, and 4L80e. I am having an issue where my converter will not unlock. I can start to come to a stop and it will not unlock until I actually come to a complete stop and it will stumble for a second and then unlock and idle fine. Also, it look almost instantaneously with my 1-2 shift and 2-3 shift. I can manually disable TCC lockup through the scanner and it will drive like normal. I am not sure what else to try, so I am here. I am attaching my current tune file, so if anyone could take a look and see if anything is out of the ordinary OR has any ideas what else I could check and see if it is something else.
