Where is 20* coming from?

This is a log from a pass at the track. This is where I am stomping the accelerator right as the 2nd yellow goes out.

Where is the 20* spark advance coming from in the 1200rpm/.65 aircharge cell?

WOT and PT spark tables from this car are below. I looked through every table I could find and looked at all the modifiers. None show 20*.
MBT is closest at 17.5*.

I see what you're saying, as when you look below at the chart it shows less timing. I didn't do a great job of screen shotting that.
