    2012 5.7 on boost, couple tuning questions

    First dodge Ive messed with, looking for some help on a few things.

    This is a ProCharger set-up, just has their canned tune in it now. Motor is fresh with forged pistons, H-beam rods, Comp valve springs, Stock crank/cam.

    I put hellcat manifolds on it and deleted the cats. Whats the best way to "turn off" the down stream O2 sensors? Just uncheck the DTC related codes, or is there a better way?

    Air Fuel.... Its not bad under normal driving or no boost, 14.5 range steady cruising. 2-3 lbs of boost and its at 13.5, 4-5 lbs and its 12.75. This looks a bit lean to me, I would think it should be 12.5 on low boost and high 11's or low 12's on WOT. What the best way to tune for this?

    Last thing, throttle response. Is there a way to adjust the pedal response? It just feels slow, or lazy.

    Cats-Fuel-oxygen sensors- disable down stream O2

    Throttle-torque management-driver demand

    Fueling- NN on or off? Fuel-PE-PE

    Not a Pro tuner so can't answer the specifics, but go in there and change things and see how it reacts.

    Do some comparing, it's a 6.4 tune.

    Thanks for your help. I'm no pro tuner either! Ive only done about 5-6 GM trucks, and its a lot of "figure it out"!

    I'm not sure what this is referring to.... "Fueling- NN on or off? Fuel-PE-PE" What is NN, and PE?

    NN=Neural Network
    PE=Power Enrichment
    Your WOT pedal thresh is set pretty high 4.2549, it's used to bring in open loop for PE fueling. I have mine set at 1.5490, pretty low, but I bring in boost early. Most of this stuff is way over my head. I plug in numbers to see how eng reacts or copy stuff from other tunes.

    How much boost are you running? I've been to 11.2 lbs, still not real confident my fueling is close enough to push it all the way. I tip in 10.5 ish as boost starts and run in low 11s at peek boost.

    This was set for 7lbs on pump gas with a stock motor. Broke a piston after getting some bad gas. Now the bottom end is solid and we can get the tuned dialed in and turn up the boost. Likely will run 10lbs now.
