Water / Methanol on 12 PSI?

New to tuning an LT4.... prior life I'd install a water / methanol system before any tuning at all. Any value in a system for 12 PSI on a stock blower?

I want to establish the baseline hardware before embarking on any tuning.

i would invest in a Ethanol setup then meth, most also use meth as alternative for fueling when the fuel system runs out.
