How to get the Clutch Position Relearn to work?

    2018 Camaro SS.

I have installed a clutch stop, and yesterday was able to get the clutch relearn to work once, (overwrote from 26% to 38%) however I can no longer get the function to work.

Is there an actual procedure out there that someone knows works? I have done a lot of searching and see a lot of people asking, but I don't see much for answers.

    lutch Pedal Position Learn
Note: The clutch pedal position (CPP) sensor learn procedure is required when the following service procedures have been performed regardless of whether DTC P080A is set:

An engine control module (ECM) replacement
    A CPP sensor replacement
Any repairs which affect the CPP sensor relationship
    Perform each step listed below:
    Set parking brake
    Block drive wheels
Note: For vehicles equipped with the push button ignition switch, ensure the power mode is RUN.

Engine OFF, with the ignition ON.
Verify no other DTCs are set, except DTC P080A.
    If other DTCs are set
Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle.

If no other DTCs are set
Using a scan tool, select Clutch Pedal Position Sensor Learn.
Note: The CPP sensor learn procedure cannot be performed more than once per ignition cycle.

Fully depress and hold the clutch pedal and select Continue.
    Select Learn.
If the scan tool CPP Learn Status is Unsuccessful ? Sensor Detected Movement
Verify vehicle is stopped with the parking brake set, and repeat the procedure.

If the scan tool CPP Learn Status is Unsuccessful ? Sensor Low Voltage or Unsuccessful ? Sensor High Voltage
    Refer to DTC P0806-P0808.

If the scan tool CPP Learn Status is Not Learned
    Refer to DTC P080A.

If the scan tool CPP Learn Status is Complete or Performed Successfully
Verify DTC P080A ran and passed this ignition cycle.
If the scan tool indicates DTC P080A failed or did not run this ignition
    Refer to DTC P080A.

If the scan tool indicates DTC P080A ran and passed this ignition cycle
Turn OFF the ignition for 30 seconds after the learn procedure has successfully

I assume by the term Scan Tool you mean HPT VCM Scanner. Just where and how do we get to "Clutch Pedal Position Sensor Learn"?
