    High IAC Count, Idle Stalls

    Hello Everyone,

I have a 98 T/A with a 99+ pcm. Mods are Tick SNS Stage 3 cam, full exhaust, 85mm truck MAF, BBK intake and 6.0 LQ9. 4l80e not that it matters.

My problem is i cannot bring the IAC counts down at idle. Most of the time they hover around 155=170 ish. I have tried to open the TB blade and lower the counts, but then it is out of the voltage range of .65-.67.
So, i just keep it at .67%.
If i go to the scanner and manually adjust the steps motor to open the blade, the car will stall out.

All of this makes it pretty hard for the car to stay idling.
    Any info will help.

(P.S. for this scan it actually idled.)

Did you modify the sensor to be rotated?
There is a nub and some minor elongating of holes that's required to be able to move it.
