    MPVI2 versus MPVI2 PRO-1st time tuner

I'm ready to jump into doing my on tuning, I don't want to make a mistake by purchasing the wrong tool(s). My current vehicles (2005 GTO & 2015 Sierra) are stock with the exception of exhaust/headers, Intake tubes, basic bolt on's. The future may involve a cam swap. If I'm understating correctly I cannot add/log with a wideband without the pro version? I'm sure there are other advanced features in the pro version as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah MPVI2 with pro feature set and a wideband is your best bet.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Can the standard unit be, cost effectively, upgraded to pro @ a later date? I believe I read it could but all this information is starting to run together now.

costs the same amount for the pro feature set up front or at a later time.
