I had this car a while ago, it was a v6 mustang with a vortech supercharger on 9psi and a torque converter, the car would shut the throttle on max effort launches at the track. I was told that my torque/inverse tables needed to be worked in order to fix that, i though that instead of guesstimating the torque i could make a histogram for the inverse table and use the measured load to correct the torque tables but they where considerably higher than what was in the tables.
If i did it the other way around and used engine brake torque to fill the torque tables then torque would be lower than what is on the tables, and using the calculator would result in lower load numbers than what i measured during a pass. Is using engine brake torque a correct way to fix my torque tables or should i just go with the air load?
