4l60e faster firmer more consistant shifts

I want to leave shift speeds stock but shift times I want them to be at .300. I know I should add 5-8 to 10% shift pressure but should it be just the upshift pressure and not base right? Also was wondering if I should pull some tq management on trans side or should I leave that alone? Also heard that reducing my force motor tables 10% should firm up the shifts a bit but should which should i leave alone. Thanks for any help.

10% bump to the Normal and Performance upshift pressure tables, shift timing around .3 sec, and then reduce the TM a little bit. No need to get crazy with anything, those small changes should make it feel much better.
