Logs? Do you have a wideband? Fuel pressure? First problem i see in the tune is you haven't fully disabled closed loop operation if you're going the open loop route. under engine/fuel/oxygen sensors/closed loop enable - you need to set that to max ect. You're still telling the ecm to use o2 sensors above 60*F. I would disable all the diag tests under engine diag/airflow as well. Im not sure if setting the maf dtcs to no error reported will be a issue or not. Ive always read/done to set them to mil on first error. Hard to start how? Extended crank? Pump the pedal to keep it going?

Yeah, change the maf dtc's to MIL on first error.

Your injector data shows 56-58lb/hr injectors but you typed 80cc?

    Did you mean 80lb/hr injectors?

Get ready for a crash course in fuel tuning using a wideband because the computer will have zero ability to correct fueling for you.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I did the changes you suggested and the hard start issue went away ... but its like the choke is on running a afr of 17. my fuel pressure is 55pds

    So, what injectors are they?

    Is the injector data correct?

get your injector flow rate correct. make sure the data is scaled correctly to suit either dead head or boost referenced return style system.

your VE table needs work. its values for idle and cruise are very small and don't transcend in the usual shape with RPM.570rwhp.hpt

see attached for VE table. that car had a mild camshaft FYI
