No. Commanded fueling needs to stay the same. If you want 12.4 but aren't getting that an are seeing 13.5 you have to add fuel to get you there.

The fuel is added to the MAF and VVE or VE table(s) depending on application. The airflow tables control fueling.

This is a crude example here. If say above 7,000hz in the MAF curve you are lean, you could add 5% to the curve from 7,000 to 12,500 (or where ever it stopped) to richen the mixture up.

Or you'd be using your widebands AFR error or Lambda error to give you the exact error amount that can be added to the curve to bring commanded fueling to match the actual.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

ok so I should go to the airflow vs freq high, highlight from 7000 to 12500 and multiply by 0.05 until I reach commanded afr correct ?

thanks a lot for the help guys I really appreciate this.

best to use your wideband error as mentioned otherwise ur adding a constant % to a probably variable error %
