Who understands the new K2xx cooling fan setting?

I have got most of the tune sorted out on my 2016 Sierra 6.2/A8. Started to look in the cooling fan settings to go about changing when the fans come on and was trying to use my 2017 Camaro SS as a comparison. While the settings are similar they are really different as well. Anyone have any suggestions for settings on the trucks for better fan performance.

Right now the truck is running E85, has a Ported Katech TB, Airaid CAI kit, deleted secondary cats, deleted flapper valve and a Magnaflow muffler. Truck has no issues at all, runs like a scalded cat when the pedal is put WOT. Just wanted to see what is possible on keeping cooling at the max possible as well.
