    416 with LT4 fueling Upgrade

    I have 416ci L86 with LT4 HPFP and injectors and LT4 camshaft , I have tune the injectors with LT4 table but the issue is there are drop in HPFP pressure between 3000 to 5000 RPM only and Injector DC are increase in that portion
    pump got replaced with same issue

    Low side fuel pump are upgraded and no issue ( not less than 60psi)

    Have you logged the low side and the high side along with the commanded pressure yet?

    Low side are 65+ psi all the run

    Have you updated the fuel pump information with the LT4 info as well?

    Banish goes over the changes pretty well in his GenV DVD for this.

    Its updates it properly as i always did in other cars but i didn't get the logic of droping between 3000-5000 rpm and then maintain the desired pressure till redline,

    From 3000-6000 rpm (All the WOT run) the actual pressure is way lower than commanded.
    Its definetly a mechanical issue.
    Did you install a lash cap for the hpfp?
    TSP recommend that you dont install l the lash cap with an LT4 hpfp. I think they damage the hpfp due to exceeding the max travel available in the LT4 hpfp.
