Hello guys I am relatively newer to tuning. I used to work at a shop where my boss did it and he taught me a little but this is the first I am solo. So I was hoping you guys might be able to help I have a 2009 4.6 Mod Motor from Mercury Grand Marquis that we have swapped into an older Lincoln.
4.6 Modular over head Cam motor we upgraded the injectors to keep up with the Cams the injectors are 32lb injectors. The Cams are the only other modifications. Part number 102-201-9L and R (Both sides)

We deleted all but one 02 Sensor as well as the EGR.
We have gotten it to start and idle fine but when you press the gas the timing gets pulled and it back fires and sputters and I am at a loss at this point and can not figure that out. Please if you guys have any clues or ideas or tips it would be greatly appreciated. Also if I pull the fuel rail pressure sensor i can get a small acceleration to move but that is all.
