    2008 cobolt security disable

Could use some input on disabling the security on a 08 cobolt with a 2.2. We are putting this on a dirt track in a 4cyl class. The cavaliers had a vats disable under system/general. On the Cobolt it a setting called starter diagnostics master enable. Would this be the same as Vats on the cavalier?

Click the OS tab. The VATS 1&2 are located there.

You need to be in advanced view under the edit tab to see all tables. This change will require a write entire when VATS is under the OS tab.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

You can disable it other ways to. If you get to the wires for the passkey system, you can wire in a resistor once you've ohmed the value that you need or simply wire the yellow to black wires together and then use the relearn procedure for the bcm. You can google gm passkey 10 min trick for videos.
