how to check if pcm is already unlocked

Got a charger hemi 2016 pursuit would that have an unlocked pcm already? How do I check if its unlocked already?

It wouldn't be unlocked unless someone sent it out for unlock.

2015+ are all locked.

i also wonder if there is a way to know if it has unlocked pcm or locked one - for example if you bought a used car is there a way to know ?

you can always read the file, but try to write and it will either let you or not.

And can you check it without using credits?

you will need credits, however they will still be active after unlock as long as you use the same pcm.
