    read tune

    can someone look at this tune its tuned from ebay where vats etc were removed and it will crank and run but rich and backfiring so before I run it to long on the fresh engine I don't want no screwed up engine don't know if I done this right but I attached my file its a 2000 5.3 using a 0411 pcm from 2002 surburban flex fuel 5.3 engine bored 30mm cam duration intake 283.4 exh 287.2 lift intake 0.598 exh 0.604 stock heads upgraded springs maf map headers cold air turbo 400 trans 3300-3500 stall flex fuel injectors 3.55 gears

    The stoich AFR table is weird, I thought it was set at 14.65 through the range, but I'm no expert !
    Gen3 L59/4L60E LS3 cast manifolds, Small Cam change, 2800 Convertor, MPVI, using MTX-L for wideband tuning

    What MAF sensor and what MAP sensor?

    Did you really change those from stock or are they stock sensor?

    What is your fuel pressure?

    Do you have a wideband o2 sensor so you can actually tune this?


    Aside from the minor changes, this calibration is basically all stock and will require lots of time to correct the fueling.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    stock MAF off the 2002 with air temp in MAF stock MAP 60 psi fuel pump intank ...and I just won a bid on Ebay for a innovate wideband just have to weld a bung in exhaust when it gets here and try and hook it up to my hpvi2 tuner when I cranked it for the first time just to be sure it wasn't knocking etc it ran great on first start then after 1 min it was so rich my eyes were burning and backfiring when I gave it some gas it would clear up whem I gassed it but would not idle

    everything looks weird to me being a hard core Holley 4 barrel tuner for 30 years
