2014 jeep grand SRT slow at the start when launching

so I had a diablo intune 3 I had a custom tune loaded , I now converted the file to hp tuners and uploaded so I can figure out why. when I launch it goes pauses and the goes really fast like normal . weather when I launch or use my foot with out launch it slows for a slit second and then it goes I get great times but I feel like the stall for that second something is weird , so what do you guys think it could be? also would you need a log file ? I haven't gotten one yet ill get it tomorrow if I can . here is the tune I currently have , also the mods are
cold air intake with functional ram air hood ,

catch can

General-Powertrain Protect (3mph - change to 0mph) See if that fixes your issue.

You can also change your throttle ramp rate if it doesn't ramp up fast enough for what you're looking for.
