    Cable or electronic throttle?

    Either way that is only 1 piece of the puzzle. You'd want to go back over the tune and adjust the airflow model for the change in throttle body size now that it can flow more air at any given time.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    id have to agree with 5FDP. DBW or DBC. the VE, MAF curve, and RAF will all need to be revisited. not sure what size engine, cam, intake or exhaust you have. but I hope the larger throttle body was necessary. they can add a lot of extra work to a tune if its not warranted.
