The V6 car's VATS can't be set to NONE like the V6 trucks and V8 vehicles. The V6 cars can be set to either Serial (stock) or PWM.

I initially wanted to turn off VATS but seeing as how I can't..what is the benefit of switching to PWM?

That's what I was kinda getting at myself. What would happen if I set it to Pulse Width.....?
