    You have to use the patched OS with an E38 or you will have issues with Baro getting set to a boosted level. No way around that. So patched OS and MAF is done many times.

    Luke.....

    Tried the "fail" option....... Didn't solve the starting issue when coolant temp was above 210 and also induced some drivability issues under acceleration. I did not modify my current tune any....only "failed" the MAF.....

    SO....I will continue to search on....and hope that I find a solution before running out of $$$$$$$$$
