Swapped with a fresh build Low boost LT4. installed a 3 BAR map, but the scanner is not logging MAF or MAP. Possible culprit/ solutions?
Also, I have the rear 02 codes off, but I am still getting a 420 and 430 code.

Re-poll for supported parameters while connected to the truck, see if they come back.
If those two codes say "permanent", they don't just go away. It won't affect anything if you have the codes for the rear o2 sensors, cat codes and the cat test/post o2 sensor test turned off. ( not all computers have both of the last two).
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
