    Interface issue

    i just created a new profile for the website due to not being able to log in with my previous information. I purchased 2 credits and got the email for the reciept from paypal, however i did not receive a new application key or confirmation of the new account. I tried to log back in and was saying my email.was invalid. I re-register using the same credentials and it's not showing any orders, the credits I just purchased and saying my interface is owned by someone else. I've had this interface for over 5 years and it let me purchased and register it the 1st time but now I'm stuck and out $100 buying the credits along with being locked out of my interface due to it somehow being registered to someone else.
    Is this something that can be taken care off?

    I suggest you open a support ticket so that we can assist you further.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
