Hey guys, i have a 2008 sierra 5.3 e38 and im trying to tune in a hard rev limiter rather than the stock soft one that closes the tb. i have tried switching to spark cut and it does the same in terms of just holding the rpm and not bouncing a limiter. i want it to be like the 99-02 style trucks. what do i do?
