2014 SRT8 jeep want to command richer closed loop a/f

Hello,
2014 jeep srt8 with a black mamba cam. Turned off neural network and dialed in VE table on dyno in closed loop and open loop. I cant seem to find anywhere a table or option to make closed loop target richer than 14.7:1. The F/A ratio value is a global base value for all multipliers in fueling, as i've changed that in large swings richer/leaner and closed loop target a/f never changes, but the trims do as well as open loop fueling results. You can't. You have Narrowbands there.

You could probably only in Hellcat.
