not getting 5th gear in Drive

6.4L, bolt ons, stock trans. i've done all the resets and relearns but it's not giving me 5th gear until i use the auto stick.
i've even lowered the rpm to have it go and same thing.
any ideas?

I would log a highway speed drive, I would imagine it would lockup the converter before it goes into 5th gear at 46mph.

believe it or not, i got a file from the repository and programmed just the trans and it's ok now. something must have gotten corrupted somewhere on the file i was using.

yes, trans only. all customer wanted was to have it hold 1-2-3 longer so it was just adding some rpm below 50% tps, but doing it with his file got us the problem.
put on stock file first, test showed 5th, then changed the numbers and was still getting 5th.
weird, but i'll take it.
