8l45 tune, help with 2-3 shift?

My 8l45 on my 18 colorado was remote tuned but Im having an issue with 2-3 gear shifting when driving non aggressive. When Im hammering on it everything seems fine. WHen cruising around, 2nd holds gear and rpms just rise and rise and rise up past 5k...and then it will shift to 3rd, almost like if you were driving a manual transmission and you have a shift where you rev the engine causing the rpms higher than the trans is spinning and then, not exactly dumping the clutch, but releasing fast and the vehicle kind of lurches forward or speeds up until the two match speed.

Anyways, if anyone can take a look at the tcm tune and let me know if they see anything that could be massaged to help.

Ive reached out to the tuner a few times but I have never had a response.

I'd give you a copy of mine, but the TCM function seems tied to the ECM portion of my tune, and my truck is tuned for the Mallett Supercharger. I can give you what I have, but definitely don't use any of the ECM stuff.

I am installing the Mallett supercharger within the next couple of weeks, but will be doing and entire read of the stock tuning prior to sending my ECM to Mallett. If this is still of any use to you. My truck is a 2018 GMC Canyon 3.6L 4wd.

    Stock 2018 Canyon tune

Here you go this is stock 2018 GMC Canyon V6 SLT - Edit: Oops I just realized you wanted TCM, I am sorry but I needed to get a code from HPTuners to unlock the TCM in order to read it and did not do that.

I think you need to send the TCM for an unlock to read it? Or can you read it if you license the TCM even if it’s not unlocked?
    I don’t know lol

Got it fixed. I need to double check all that was done as he said he just raised some shift mph points. It must have been more than that...

But shifts like a dream now...

Seems the cruise control may be fixed too. The updates OS has new boxes. I will have to check that out. It’s been so long since I used cruise control I can’t remember how to activate it.

Oh and checked the tune... literally reset the tire size and then removed 2 mph from one line on one table. That was JT.
