Apply the 2 bar OS upgrade that you have under the OS tab. This will give you a few more tables that you need.

It will give you a boost VE and also give you a boost eq ratio for fueling.

Get the data for the injectors or just toss them in a garbage (sell them) and get good injectors with plug and play data.

You need to purchase a 2 bar or 3 bar MAP sensor so you can log boost.

Once you have the 2 bar OS applied you must alter the power enrichment EQ ratio and the boost EQ ratio to values that are safe for boost. Like right now your current EQ ratio is asking for like 12.8-13.0 AFR, that's too lean. Aim for 12.0 at low boost and 11.0-11.5 once you are into it a couple pounds.

Your timing curves need an overhaul too. No longer can you get away with 26-28 degrees of timing. Likely need to cut that in half and run 12-16 degrees depending on boost levels.

If you're asking me, I'd ditch the MAF completely and run speed density only with a separate IAT sensor installed. You can run the MAF but it may be likely that you will run out of room in the MAF curve for fueling. Also if the MAF is already installed and it houses the IAT sensor already, you can still leave it in place and run speed density only.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

On LS1 Tech website, there is data for those injectors.
    2000 Camaro SS 2015 L83 port injected, Whipple 3.0, 4L80E, 8.8 Ford
    2013 Silverado 5.3, 6L80k 8.8
