unlicensed vehicle error but both licenses are there

    I have a swapped C-10 that has a 2010 camaro ls3 with the E38 ECU
We replaced the TCM due to some trans issues and I am trying to flash a tune to this truck we had written for us
The 2010 vin has been licensed and shows in my interface
The new vin (a 2013 camaro tune) has also been licensed
I was able to flash both this morning and get the truck running.
I sent logs to my tuner and recieved a tune back to load.
When I try to load I am getting a unlicensed vehicle error but yet both vins are showing licensed
I tried to reset everything and just reflash the tune I flashed this morning and I get the same error

Help I never had these issues with the old interface but it seems the new one is littered with these licensing issues

Sounds like you flashed someone elses file to your ecm creating a 3rd vin/os pair that you don't have a license for in this case to me. Its ill-advised to be flashing other peoples files to your vehicle, not only are you opening yourself up to the risk of frying your interface but also licensing issues such as the one you are seeing now.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

So I did buy a tune with a different vin for the purpose of reflashing it
I understand I would likely have to buy two licenses which I have and both show
I am open to purchasing another but it is not giving me that option in interface
When I try to save the file the pop up window for licensing appears and when I click it to go to the licensing options it flashes and disappears
I have unloaded and reloaded hptuners in case the program was corrupt for some reason
I am even open to buying the 10-15 camaro license so I don;t have restrictions on this model
But I cannot even get there to do this
I am unable to flash the ecu back to the original tune
I keep researching the forum for advice and I cannot find anything
I am stuck at this point
I never had these problems with my old interface I am regretting upgrading
If I am doing something wrong here please advise I am totally open to this being on me and not opposed to buying more licenses I just need to get this car done
