LQ9 2004 Silverado feels like it has cruise control / injector data?

By no means am I a great tuner so please help! feels like it has cruise control at low speeds somtimes even gaining speed at 25-30 mph. Engine is LQ9 862 Heads 220/224 Cam .575 lift 112 lsa ,12580426 injectors. This is my best attempt so any input is greatly appreciated. 2004 LQ9 ECSB 4L60E.hpt

remove 25% from your throttle cracker table. so multiply by 0.75 to achieve this. if this helps then you know what table is causing issues.
the cracker opens the iac with mph and rpm. sometimes the oem settings are too much and you get a push or cruise control sensation at low rpm.

if 25% doesnt make any noticeable changes remove 50% from the stock table. (table * 0.5)
