Fuel cut for split second causing stumble when shifting into gear (3.6/NAG1)

I've notice a rather significant stumble when shifting from P/N to D/R when fully warmed up.

Looking at the datalog I can see that this stumble occurs because the fuel seems to be cut off to injector 1 (0.000ms) for around ~250ms. Injector 2 seems to be fine.
Can't comment on the other injectors as these are the only 2 channels I've been logging.

At this same instance the fuel system status changes from CL to OL-Accel/Decel which leads me to believe that it might be tied to a DFCO event but that makes no sense.

This happens regardless of if the throttle is closed or slightly cracked open. Only occurs when warmed up and shifted into gear.

Could this be some sort of torque management FCO event?

Any ideas? I'm using 4.7.199.0 Beta. Don't know if this issue is related to this version or not.

    Tune and short log attached.
