Is there a way to make sure the knock sensors are working?

Smack the block/oil pan with a rubber mallet or something.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

They are located just above the oil pan on the block on both sides of the engine.

It should just be a regular knock retard channel you can log.

Re-poll for supported parameters while connected to the vehicle if you haven't.
