Did you flash the TCM yet?

The 6L80e TCM won't be a match to your operating system/computer unless you do that first.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I swapped in a 1,000hp built CTSV 6L90e in my 2010 SS and was told by Tim King at TK Performance who built it to just swap in my 6L80e TCM and retune.

Why did you not leave the 6L90e TCM in there and just retune it?

    to be honest
I did not want to open the trans.
Nor did i think it would be an issue.
assumed a flash would take care of it.
even w my gm mdi it would not flash, w hptuners it would not flash the 6l80 tcm to 6l90. its a no go that way.
i may end up going to your suggested route and drop the pan and tcm swap. Thanks
