i have a 99 4.8 with a summit stg4 turbo cam. No matter what I try with the ve and timing I can not get it to lean up at all. My afrs stay in the low tens no matter what. I have replaced spark plugs and fpr checked for vacuum leaks and tried the usual.

You set it to run MAF only, no wonder your VE adjustments do nothing.
One other thing, I hope you bought bigger injectors. Those tiny 21-22lb/ht won't flow enough.

Dynamic airflow high rpm disable is set to 100rpm, meaning it runs on just the MAF. Stock setting is about 4,000rpm where it uses a blend of MAF and VE.

If all you did was swap camshafts, then I don't know what to say.
Just doing that won't cause this running rich issue. Is your fuel pressure through the roof?
