Question Help with a non supported engine

I have swapped a 2005 Buick La Crosse 3800 NA into a Fiero. I didn't notice that it is a non supported vehicle. My question is if I run the high speed data line to the ODBII port (they are not wired in the Buick) would I be able to tune the engine. Nothing radical?

    Thanks

The 2005 LaCrosse 3800 NA is supported by HP. I did one for a friend a few years ago. No need to mess up the OBDII connector. Just leave it as Buick made it. It works.

The problem is the engine won't start. I assume the VATS is stopping the engine from starting.

PCM is a P05B. There was some controversy about whether or not the older P04 VATS could be turned off. I hope that your P05B VATS can be turned off.
